We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.
If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
All controls are made by hand (one by one) according to the specifications confirmed in the order,
Therefore, we are obliged to apply a 20% item return fee, unless the product has manufacturing defects.
If the returned product shows undue damage such as wear and tear, an additional fee will be applied based on the cost of repair.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email at insidecontrollers@gmail.com and send the item to:
Goods Not Covered
The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:
Gift cards
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent registered to our address
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
